We have all suffered a loss of internet connection at some point; the longer the downtime the more frustrating it becomes for you, your employees and your customers.  But if your business relies on web-based databases and software, it can also be costly, with a potential for lost orders and a reduction in productivity.
Shield Technologies’ web rescue offers a simple solution – a 3G connection to the internet in the event of a failure.

• We provide loan equipment to guarantee you an internet connection (subject to site survey)
• You will have a 3G connection within 2 or 5 hours subject to your Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• As soon as your regular connection is functioning again, we will test it before we disconnect and remove our loan equipment
• Shield will record data usage and invoice accordingly

The cost of web rescue?
For a 2-hour response SLA: £8.50 per calendar month
For a 5-hour response SLA: £6.50 per calendar month
