I met Mark from Shield Technologies a number of years ago at a networking group.  Our business runs from 4 different locations so making big decisions about things like IT support is not a straight forward process.

Shield immediately picked up on some potentially business threatening issues….

As a business we know we need good reliable IT support, we were put in touch with Shield Technologies through another business owner who we work for.

With some reservations about moving and the associated concerns around getting to know our systems we took the plunge and decided to start working with Shield.

We were tied in to a contract with a 3 month notice period and knowing the potential issues that can occur during a notice period Shield agreed to offer secondary support during this time.

The transition was seamless and we realise now there was nothing to be concerned about, not only do we now get much better support, Shield immediately picked up on some potentially business threatening issues such as our backup not working for in excess of 2 months!
