“It is crucial that our customers have access to their financial information whenever they want it.  They don’t have time for computer downtime and that is why we invested in a disaster recovery plan that includes Interceptor DR and online back up.  The way Shield has set the system up gives us near total peace of mind!  If we get a hardware failure Shield will have the server up and running again in minutes, restoring to the previous day’s back up, and if we were to lose all our computers through theft, they can log on over the web to our virtual server and use replacement PCs.  As everyone has become more reliant upon technology, it is increasingly important, particularly as an accountancy firm to protect the business and customers against any such failure.”
