IT SUPPORT – AD HOC


At Shield Technologies, IT support comes as part of our ongoing Safety Net package or on a Pay As You Go ad-hoc basis.

If it’s a major server failure or a new PC set up within the Peterborough area, we can help.

If your need is urgent, we can still be on site within 4 hours to resolve your IT problem.

We also offer secure, remote support on an ad-hoc basis and can usually fix your IT problems without either prior knowledge or permanent access to your system.

If you are looking for a more proactive IT support service you should consider our Safety Net Package, we can usually fix your IT problems before you even realise you have one.
