Setting up new PC’s remotely couldnt be easier

We are always looking for ways to save our customers time and money whilst streamlining our own processes.  Setting up pc’s can be a time consuming business so we wanted to find a way of setting up pc’s remotely so removing any onsite charges to our customers.

We recently set up two new machines for Veterinary Business Development remotely, by talking the users through plugging the pc in (at a spare location) and setting it up on the network we could get access and set the machines up without any disruption to the user.

Jo Dean of Veterinary Business Development completed a customer service survey after the support request was closed “I received an automated e-mail at 12.35pm yesterday to say the ticket had been raised, and had it not been for the Goldmine link (outside Shield control) both PC’s would have been setup yesterday.  It was all done remotely and didn’t impact on our workstations at all.”

Another happy customer!
